Established in 1973, the St. Petersburg, Florida Downtown Business Association is a non-profit membership association. We promote downtown St. Petersburg as a vibrant, safe and friendly waterfront with outstanding entertainment, restaurants, cultural attractions, educational facilities, retail outlets, art galleries and museums, medical care resources, both modern and historic architectural design and business opportunities.
We represent businesses, for-profit and non-profit cultural establishments, and residents to ensure that their voices are heard and presented in an organized and united effort.

As a special treat, we will have a full breakfast buffet at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront. The Hilton is underwriting a major portion of the cost, and the DBA is chipping in as well, so the cost to attend is a mere $5.00 per attendee.
Reservations are required; please email your RSVP to tami@simmsteam.com no later than noon on Monday 11/16/12. Because of the need for accurate attendance counts, we thank you in advance for your prompt responses.
Please note that no-shows will be billed.

38th Annual Sunrise Sale & Pajama Party in Downtown St Petersburg
For 36 years, the Sunrise Sale was held mid-week in July. Last year we tried something new and held it on a Saturday, but THIS YEAR, we're returning to our roots, per feedback from the members of the Downtown Business Association, and will be holding our 38th annual event on THURSDAY, July 21st from 6:43 a.m. until noon. So, roll out of bed and into our fabulous downtown shops for a great day of fun and fantastic deals, starting at 6:43 a.m. before going to work! Look for the bright yellow flags by each participating store and bunches of yellow and orange balloons at each location ! Maps are available at EACH participating business to show you locations of all participating businesses. Established in 1973, the Downtown Business Association is a non-profit membership association. Our members are organizations representing the arts, retail, restaurants, banking, utilities, city government and other various types of businesses with a common interest of promoting downtown St. Petersburg. BIGGEST PAJAMA PARTY EVER!!! Downtown St. Petersburg's BIGGEST Pajama Party EVER! The Downtown Business Association urges you to wear your 'jammies and come downtown to SHOP! Just think of the bargains you can get NOW - BEFORE Christmas - just hide them away on that top shelf and YOU will be ahead of the game! AND, you've saved $$$!!! Pajama Program joins the Sunrise Sale Look for us at the Downtown Business Association's Annual Sunrise Sale and Pajama Party Thursday, July 21st at 6:43 AM, downtown St. Petersburg.
